All Men Should Watch The Dog Whisperer

Watch this video of Caesar Milan coaching some Muggles on how to be pack leaders. Watch and reflect on your own interactions with women, friends, co-workers, bosses, and your general community. Are you a pack leader? When I watch this show I see myself, my students, and my women. Where specifically I’ll keep to myself. You should be able to figure it out.

2:07 Dad talking to Ruby under the Table. “Cmon honey it’s ok. We’re not going to hurt you!” in weak, supplicating tone. Notice the upwards inflection and the apologetic impression it implies. Not good. When utilized with women, will lead to divorce.

Dog Hears: “My Human has weak energy. I no respekt Human, but Human bring food to Ruby.”

How does he deal with his dogs fear? He tries to desensitize her by sitting here, and petting her and telling her ‘it’s ok Ruby.’”

His willingness to please is sickening, isn’t it?

Dog thinks: “Weak human stroke my head making baby monkey noises while I claim ownership over my property. Me too shy to be leader. Why humans no leader? Grrrr. Grrrrrr.”

3:00 Cue sweet guitar riff. Caesar rips in, puffs out his chest and claims ownership over all beast, property and person. Look at this proud specimen. Don’t you just want to be his friend?

5:00 Caesar gives the weak little humans a lesson on dominance, boundaries, and setting expectations within the relationship. The communication is very clear. You’re either the pack leader, or Ruby’s bitch.

“What do you do when Ruby becomes nervous or insecure?” Caeser asks.

“Oh I go over there and say, “Ruby! It’s ok! It’s ok baby!” Supplication. Willingness to please. Notice how pathetic they sound. Ruby is disgusted and ashamed. So is Caesar.

When you nurture insecurity, you cement the behaviour as accepted and normal. All Ruby knows is when she acts anti-social or dominant, everybody pays attention to her and showers her in nurturing energy. Just the way most men act around beautiful women, even and especially when they misbehave. Of course this epiphany is gender neutral.

Watch Caesar lead Ruby around while she faces her fears. Don’t you see yourself, and your own fear of approaching beautiful women on the street, in malls, with a simple compliment like, “Hi. You’re very pretty and I wanted to meet you.”

You can learn a lot about life and game from Caesar Milan.
